The City of Brewton offers the following incentives associated with the Enterprise Zone.

· All City of Brewton utilities (natural gas, water, and sewerage) at the City’s cost for the first year.

· Exemption of City license fees on the scale listed below:

100% for the first year in the city.

50% for the second year in the city.

25% for the third year in the city.
