ENTERPRISE ZONE

LOCAL INCENTIVES

 

ATMORE, ALABAMA

The City of Atmore offers the following incentives associated with the Enterprise Zone.

      · Business License Fee exemption for the first 10 years after which licenses will be 100%.

      · A two cents sales tax exemption on building materials purchased within city limits.

The Utilities Board of the City of Atmore offers in the Atmore Industrial Park the following incentives associated with the Enterprise Zone.

      · Provide gas, water, and sewage utility services to the building of any qualifying industry at no cost to the user.

      · Deliver and sell gas, water and sewage services for the first year of operation at the providers cost.

      · Have these utilities to any area of the Enterprise Zone not presently served within ninety (90) days, to serve a new or expanding industry.
